Caregiving Changes Relationships.

Caregiving Changes Relationships.

A Podcast with All Things Seniors.”

Something a bit different this week. I had the opportunity to chat with Rafiq Punjani of “All Things Seniors” about how caregiving changes relationships.

‘All Things Seniors’ focuses on issues that are important to seniors: Transportation, Food, Housing (Downsizing, Retirement Communities, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Personal Care Homes etc.), Health (Dementia, Alzheimer, Arthritis, Parkinson, Posture, Hearing Loss, Blindness etc.), Abuse, Loneliness, Isolation and much more. The purpose of Rafiq’s work is to provide information and learning for Caregivers about these challenges.

It’s a pleasure to share with Rafiq and his listeners what I have learned as a family caregiver over the last six years. These “knowledge nuggets” will help you provide support to your loved ones while creating the best caregiver/care partner relationship possible.

You can connect with Rafiq at Rafiq@SeniorsPodcast.com.

You can learn more about how caregiving changes relationships through my book: Your Caregiver Relationship Contract: How to navigate the mine field of new roles and expectations.
